This document was created to keep the most amount of kids active when you have minimal (or inexpereienced) coaches to run the pods.  I tried to get all functions/groups in the PODs within earshot and eyesight of the main coach in the midde.  There's a section for first year players and players who need to work on basic football skills before joining the practice squad.  We have to teach two teams (JV and VAR) in our program and this has them stacked one group behind the other.  This document is inteded to serve as a road map for early season practices when your're not only training up the athletes but also the coaches who may need to brush up opon this particular system -  Kenny Simpson's GunT RPO
